🥞 Protein Pancakes – Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 portion):

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 eggs or 100 ml plant-based egg alternative

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • Optional: cinnamon, chia seeds, blueberries


🛠 Instructions:

  1. Mash banana, then mix with eggs and protein powder.

  2. Add baking powder and stir until smooth.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil.

  4. Pour small pancakes and cook until golden on both sides.

  5. Serve with berries, nut butter, or a bit of Greek yogurt.
