1. Scope
These GTC apply to all contracts between PulseCore and its customers within the scope of using the online platform.

2. Subject of the Contract
PulseCore offers digital content and services in the areas of fitness and nutrition on a subscription basis.

3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when the customer registers and pays on our website.

4. Payment Terms
Billing is done monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the selected subscription model. Payment is made using the payment methods offered.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, unless they expressly waive their right of withdrawal (e.g., by immediate access to digital content).

6. Termination
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the end of the current term. Payments already made will not be refunded.

7. Liability
PulseCore is not liable for any health damage resulting from incorrect use of the content.

9. Final Provisions
The law of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is Mondsee.
