  • Fitness-related data (eg gender, age, height, weight, training goals, experience level, training frequency, training preferences, nutrition habits, motivation, and other notes submitted via our forms)

  • To create personalized training and/or nutrition plans

  • To communicate with you regarding your submitted information

  • To fulfill contractual obligations (eg payment and delivery)

  • To improve our services and user experience

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting our forms, and for purchases, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Form and email tools (eg Calconic, Gmail, Zapier)

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the specified purposes or as required by law.
User-submitted data for plan creation is deleted within 30 days after delivery, unless further processing is legally required or explicitly requested by the user.
